1. Continuous improvement Promotion activities, such as Kaizen Week, QIT and LSS improvement, CIP Seminar, workshop, etc.
2. Co-work with IT to develop application systems for Kaizen promotion.
3. Identify improvement opportunities and coach QIT, Kaizen, and LSS projects.
4. Evaluate and review improvement benefits, tracking effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Facilitate knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned sharing between WW sites.
6. Execute assigned tasks from managers and fill customer requirements for continuous improvement.
7. Internal lecturer for Lean or Six Sigma courses.
