Job description 

As a software engineering manager, you will lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop and implement AI-powered software solutions for the company. You and your team will be equipped with remarkable computing resources and devices including servers, workstations, laptops and smart glasses. 

 

Responsibilities 

●Lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop AI software solutions. 

●Collaborate with data scientists, project managers, designers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design software solutions. 

●Coordinate and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. 

●Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends.

    ●8+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
    ●3+ years of experience in data science/ML/AI application development.
    ●3+ years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
    ●Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies, coding practices, and programming languages.
    ●Proven track record of leading and managing successful software projects from start to finish.
    ●Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    ●Excellent communication with empathy and leadership skills.
    ●Adaptability to the agile culture.
    ●Experience in data engineering is a plus.
